Weekend intensives feel incredible and change very little, because the hard part was never the plan. The hard part is month four, when the first thing has not worked and nobody is watching. Twelve months means the room is still there when that happens.
It also means the group sees a full cycle with you: a purchase, a build, a setback, a decision you were dreading. People who watched you get here give better counsel than people you have just met.
What the number actually covers
$4,997 across twelve months is a little over $400 a month. Inside that: twelve ninety minute strategy calls, four two-day gatherings in Utah, quarterly private sessions with Esther, eight expert guest sessions, daily access to the room, and every course she has made. The courses alone are $697.
Payment plans exist, and asking about one is not held against your application.

Application required
8-12 seats per cohort. Application opens twice yearly (spring + fall starts). We look for women actively building wealth, willing to share openly with peers, and aligned with faith-driven stewardship.

Who this is not for
If you are at the very beginning, this is the wrong room and the wrong year. You would spend it listening to conversations that are two steps ahead of you, which is not encouraging, it is discouraging. Start with the workbook and the community, and apply next cycle.
If you cannot travel to Utah twice a year, you will get roughly half of what the seat is worth. The gatherings are where the relationships actually form. Say so on the application and Esther will tell you honestly whether it still makes sense.
And if sharing your real numbers with eleven other women sounds unbearable, that is worth respecting rather than pushing through. The room only works because people are honest in it.
Why there is an application
Not to create a queue. Eight to twelve is the size where everybody still gets airtime, and one person in the wrong season changes the temperature of the whole year. The application is Esther checking that this is the right room for you now, which sometimes means being told to come back later.
What she is looking for
Women actively building, not planning to start. Willing to be specific in front of peers. Rooted enough in faith that stewardship is part of how you decide, not a phrase on the website. That is the whole filter.
