Every resource at The Broker’s Table is created to give you practical, faith-aligned tools for building lasting wealth. We stand behind our products. If a resource does not deliver value, we want to make it right.

Digital Products (Workbooks, Guides, Audio Courses)

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of downloadable products are final after the 14-day window described below.

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you purchase a digital product from The Broker’s Table and are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date at contact@thebrokerstable.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will issue a full refund with no questions asked.

Requests received after 14 days from the purchase date will not be eligible for a refund.

Courses and Programs

Course enrollments carry the same 14-day guarantee from the date of purchase. If you have accessed less than 20% of the course content and are unsatisfied, you are eligible for a full refund within the 14-day window.

Community Memberships

Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; no partial-month refunds are issued for the current billing period.

Annual memberships carry the same 14-day refund window from the initial purchase date.

The Legacy Retreat

Retreat reservations are refundable in full up to 60 days before the event date. Between 30 and 60 days before the event, a 50% refund is available. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. Transfers to another attendee are available at no charge with 14 days notice.

How to Request a Refund

Email contact@thebrokerstable.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your order number and the product name. We process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
