The Proverbs 31 Woman Was a Real Estate Investor

She Considered a Field and Bought It

Proverbs 31:16 says it plainly: She considers a field and buys it; out of her earnings she plants a vineyard. This woman was not sitting on the sidelines of wealth creation. She was analyzing deals, making purchases, and reinvesting her profits.

If you have ever felt conflicted about pursuing wealth as a woman of faith, let this be your permission slip. The Bible does not condemn wealth. It condemns the love of money over the love of God. There is a difference.

Biblical Wealth Building Principles

Diversification

Ecclesiastes 11:2 tells us to invest in seven ventures, yes, in eight. This is diversification. Do not put all your resources into one asset.

Diligence and Planning

Proverbs 21:5 says the plans of the diligent lead to profit as surely as haste leads to poverty. Wealth building is about consistent, intentional action over time.

Stewardship Over Ownership

Everything we have is entrusted to us. A stewardship mindset leads to better decisions because you are managing resources for a purpose bigger than yourself.
