Once a month Esther sits down live with members and answers whatever is actually in front of them. Not a scripted presentation with a pitch at the end. An hour, a room of people building the same thing, and real numbers on the table.
What a live call is
Five minutes of prayer. Twenty minutes of teaching on one thing, chosen from what members have been asking that month. Then half an hour of questions, answered in the order they come.
People bring the credit score they are embarrassed about, the offer they are not sure about, the conversation with a spouse they have been putting off. That is the point of it. Nobody in the room has it all figured out, including the person teaching.
What gets covered
- Credit, honestly. How scores actually move, what utilization is doing to yours, and which of the five factors is worth your attention first.
- Buying, and getting ready to buy. What lenders look for, what a first property really costs, and how to tell whether you are ready or just impatient.
- The family money system. The weekly meeting, the scripts, and how to talk to children about money without passing on your own fear.
- Faith and money together. Stewardship, generosity, and contentment, discussed by people who take both seriously.
One thing it is not
Esther is a licensed real estate broker in Utah. That makes these calls education, not advice. She will explain how something works, walk you through a framework, and tell you exactly which questions to put to your lender, your agent, your attorney, or your accountant. She will not tell you whether to buy a particular house, what to offer on it, or what to do about your taxes. That line protects you as much as it protects her.
Bring the real number. The one you have not said out loud. That is the only way an hour like this is worth anything.
How to get in
The live call is included with a Builder or Legacy seat, and every call is recorded and filed so missing one live costs you nothing but the chance to ask. Between calls, the conversation carries on in the community, which is free to join and open to anyone.
